Space Dolphins
I’m a misanthrope but no one likes to be forgotten. So when the rapture happens, the Jesus will reincarnate me into the new life of a space dolphin. From then on, I’ll swim with diverse schools to far different galaxies, communicating only by melodic peeps and by euphorically rubbing against each other in the cosmic dusts. We’ll breathe in darkness and release light, eating nothingness and passing comets. We’ll never overpopulate, never bore, and never want, because …well because… we’ll be space dolphins for Christ’s sake: free forever in the universe.
