Sing Leaf + Various Artists - Generation Ship (A Benefit: EAT TO FEED LIBERIANS)

"GENERATION SHIP - (n.) A spaceship designed for traveling distances so great that the passengers will have lived through multiple generations by the time it reaches its destination [Oxford Dictionary of Science Fiction].

A collection of songs for those who will come after us.

------

All proceeds from the sale of this album are being donated to EAT TO FEED LIBERIANS, a charitable organization that operates two feeding programs in the Buduburam Liberian Refugee Camp in Ghana.

One of these provides lunches for approximately 350 students and teachers attending a school in the camp ($1 donated provides 7 meals).

The second is called "The Wonderful Kids", a feeding program and support network for HIV affected/infected children. The 38 children in this program meet six times a week for lunch, and have a soccer team that plays against others in the community twice a month.

EAT TO FEED LIBERIANS was founded in 2008 by Lindsay Seegmiller, who first visited the camp as a volunteer teacher.

ETFL has no administrative costs and is completely run by volunteers. 100% of the money donated is sent directly to the feeding programs.

For more information, visit eattofeedliberians.com."
